What is normal? What is abnormal? And what is extraordinary?
Those are just label we put on things.
Instead of expecting a “new normal”, we can perceive the Now as normal.
Experience this moment as it is.
You are normal.
And I am normal.
In a way that “normal” is impermanent. It will pass when the next second comes.
Every day is a brand new ordinary day. It’s just different from the “new normal” in your mind, so you’re constantly waiting and disgruntled with the Present.
Suffering is very normal just like dust in your house. Accept the fact that there is dust, then sweep it. Just that simple.
